To set up the GoFish Cam, follow these steps:

1. Turn on the GoFish Cam.
2. Connect it with the mobile app.

7. The camera is rechargeable via micro USB. It contains 2 internal lithium-ion batteries. At max resolution (1080p@60fps) a full charge allows up to 1.5 hours record time. Resolution can be lowered on the camera to 1080p@30fps or 720p@60fps which can allow about 2 hours.
8. The camera does not have an internal memory. Customers will need to put in a micro SD card up to 64gb (not included with cam).

GoFish Cam, Inc. offers a 15 day Return Policy on GoFish Cams. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, a refund or exchange can't be offered unless qualified under a warranty claim. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

If the GoFish Cam Customer Support Team determines that the return is within the allotted time frame, a case claim number (a “CCN”) will be given which will be the authorization to return the camera.

The camera should be sent in a shipping package that is properly packed, padded internally, and secured to provide safe, undamaged delivery of the camera to GoFish Cam. The CCN should be printed clearly and in ink on the exterior of the package. Include in the shipping package the original consumer purchase receipt and enclose a note, printed and in ink, containing your name and the CCN.
